Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage clinical trial activities in accordance with the protocol, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Lead monitoring tasks for clinical trials that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate performance, address issues, and support the effective execution of trials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and accurate collection and reporting of data.

• Provide training and support to site staff and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Develop and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Proficiency in applicable clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 60% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
