Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and offer assistance for effective trial execution.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture productive relationships with site staff and stakeholders to promote seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Strong grasp of clinical trial processes and regulatory frameworks.

• Demonstrated capability to oversee multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).
