Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will take the lead on clinical trial monitoring tasks that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Overseeing clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Performing site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and offer support to ensure effective trial execution.

• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and accurate data collection and reporting.

• Delivering training and guidance to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to uphold high standards of clinical trial conduct.

• Establishing and nurturing effective relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple sites and projects concurrently, with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, ensuring data integrity, and managing sites, along with familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and enforce compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).
