Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Oversee, execute, and/or provide comprehensive clinical site monitoring services for one or more projects, which may involve multiple services, be intricate in nature, and/or operate on an international scale.

• This is an in-house position responsible for designing and supervising project monitoring services, including training, site/patient recruitment, management of site data/documents, monitoring project site budgets, and ensuring regulatory filings are in line with SOPs, study guidelines, and GCP best practices.

• As Lead CRA, you will serve as the main point of contact between CRAs and the project team and may be involved in developing project plans, protocols, CRFs, communications, or other monitoring documents, forms, and tools.

• Act as a representative of the organization by fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

• The ideal candidate will hold at least a college diploma or degree and have 4-6 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated self-motivation paired with excellent communication skills and a dedication to achieving successful outcomes.

• Exceptional attention to detail and an eagerness to recognize the significance of building collaborative relationships to drive results.

• Strong critical thinking skills.

• Willingness to travel regularly to various sites.
