This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee, deliver, and/or execute comprehensive clinical site monitoring services for one or more projects, which may encompass various services, possess complexity, and/or operate on an international level.
• This in-house role entails the design and management of project monitoring services, including training, site and patient recruitment, site data and document management, monitoring project site budgets, and regulatory submissions in accordance with SOPs, study guidelines, and GCP best practices.
• As the Lead CRA, you will serve as the primary point of contact between CRAs and the project team, and may be involved in the formulation of project plans, protocols, CRFs, communications, or other monitoring documents and tools.
• Represent the organization by cultivating collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of a college diploma or degree and possess 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• The successful applicant must demonstrate the following competencies: self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to achieving positive outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to understand the significance of building collaborative relationships to attain results are essential.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and personal development is required.
• A commitment to promoting teamwork is necessary.
• For one CRA position supporting Flemish sites in Belgium, proficiency in the Dutch language is essential.
