Senior Clinical Market Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Enhance the sales process by acting as the clinical authority on Medtronic’s Acute Care & Monitoring division Operating Room product portfolio within Adult/Pediatric ICU, Operating Room, and NICU/PICU settings.

• Foster support from Key Opinion Leaders and pivotal clinical and business decision makers.

• Create demand for product assessments and competitive transitions.

• Propel significant deals to completion and assist with post-sales activities such as implementation, education, in-servicing, ongoing support, and cultivating strong reference accounts.

• Oversee clinical and sales initiatives for INVOS cerebral/somatic oximetry, BIS EEG brain monitoring, and ARGOS hemodynamic monitoring technologies in a designated territory alongside regional sales teams.

• Educate and inform the organization quarterly regarding trends and customer requirements in ICU/CVICU, OR/CVOR, and NICU/PICU.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician in an acute care hospital setting.

• Alternatively, an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician in an acute care hospital environment.

• 3-5 years of cumulative critical care experience in an acute care hospital, including at least 3 years in ICU, CVICU, OR, CVOR, NICU, or PICU.

• 2+ years in a team selling environment.

• Experience as an ICU, OR, or NICU/PICU Clinical Educator or in the development and delivery of educational curriculum.

• Qualifications include RN BSN, Advanced Practice Nurse NNP, DNP, Perfusionist, or RRT.

• Background in the healthcare or medical device industry, specifically in clinical education or sales.

• Prior sales experience or strong selling attributes are preferred.
