
Senior Clinical Database Programmer – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.
• Spearhead the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of clinical databases from initiation through post-lock.
• Direct database design, supervise programming activities, and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Assist with system administration, anticipate project requirements, and aid in the creation of SOPs and process enhancements.
• Provide guidance for cross-functional initiatives and organization-wide projects.
• Liaise with study sponsors, vendors, and project teams as necessary regarding data, databases, or other pertinent project matters.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree and/or a mix of applicable experience.
• Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Capable of managing a diverse range of clinical research tasks.
• Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (C#, C++, VBS, etc.).
• Familiarity with CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM, etc.).
• Background in clinical database management system development.
• Experience in a clinical, scientific, or healthcare field.
• Proficiency in multiple CDMS systems, including form building, edit checks, and development of complex rules.
• Knowledge of CRF standards and contributions to the upkeep of standards libraries.
• Ability to troubleshoot and assist peers with technical issues while creating effective solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of drug, device, and/or biologic development along with effective data management methodologies.
• Strong leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
