This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and guide a team of Clinical Data Associates in all aspects of data management activities.
• Review and comply with the requirements outlined in study-specific Data Management Plans (DMP) for assigned projects.
• Generate and input test data for User Acceptance Testing.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing for data entry interfaces, edits, and data review listings.
• Complete and submit access forms specific to the Clinical Database Management System.
• Review discrepancy outputs and validation listings thoroughly.
• Ensure that all Case Report Forms (CRFs) and Data Clarification Forms (DCFs) received are properly returned for filing.
• Carry out quality reviews of data management and/or other necessary internal quality checks.
• Actively participate in or lead internal meetings.
• Provide training and mentorship to data management staff, delivering timely feedback.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for specific platforms or processes.
• Conduct quality control of the Data Management System Framework (DMSF) following QuickStart® Camp.
• A Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or related fields within natural sciences or healthcare.
• Over 5 years of experience with Clinical Data Management practices and relational database management software is preferred.
• Experience in study build, study conduct, and all closeout activities is essential.
• Strong skills in communication, project management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Rave systems is mandatory.
• Familiarity with clinical data, along with ICH/Good Clinical Practices.
• Experience in a specific therapeutic area is preferred.
• Proficient in navigating MS Windows and utilizing MS Word, Excel, and email applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
