This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of your clients' success. Oversee the P&L for the Central Region, drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) to surpass targets, implement strategies for account growth, and act as the main escalation point for client-related issues.

• Propel results and strategic initiatives. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to create and implement strategic initiatives that foster growth and efficiency within the Central Region, spearhead cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with the company's overarching goals and objectives.

• Ensure smooth program operations. Collaborate with Sales to establish new program frameworks, enhance tools and processes, monitor renewals and upsells, and report on essential utility program metrics.

• Serve as a trusted advisor dedicated to fulfilling the goals of both clients and your team. Aid the team in managing internal expectations alongside those of our clients. Dedicate time to comprehend client objectives and assist the team in guiding clients through pivotal decisions to design programs that meet these targets. Support Product and Marketing in gathering customer feedback and market insights.

• Communicate effectively. Collaborate with your team to present key outcomes, facilitate meetings, and convey complex messages to clients. Maintain regular communication with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure efficient program implementation across the portfolio, assess ongoing needs, and provide prompt solutions and recommendations to achieve program success. Cultivate effective decision-making and operational excellence by building relationships and helping internal teams understand priorities and business context.

• Be an expert in products and services. Acquire extensive knowledge of demand management, the factors influencing program success, and a thorough understanding of the product to effectively convey capabilities to clients and influence program design. Actively engage in refining and developing new product features and service offerings. Assist in contract negotiations between EnergyHub and utility clients, as well as statement of work negotiations with partners and development for end-use customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BS or BA degree with 5-7+ years of professional experience in consulting, technology services, or client success.

• Required experience in renewable energy, utilities, and grid services, or related industries.

• Familiarity with demand-side management and demand response program implementation methods.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex and technical topics in an engaging and concise manner.

• Possess an analytical yet creative mindset, with confidence in handling numbers and spreadsheets.

• Ability to build trust and establish outstanding relationships with clients and partners.

• Experience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced team environment.

• Proven track record of managing multiple high-priority projects.

• Preferred experience within an enterprise software/SaaS organization in the energy sector.
