This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensuring the success of a portfolio of Cordial’s clients.
• Advocating for and aligning technology and expertise on behalf of the client.
• Taking ownership of the client success plan.
• Engaging with executives.
• Managing competitive threats.
• Developing and delivering success plans for each client.
• Collaborating with Cordial’s Channel Growth & Partnership team.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in an enterprise client management role within a SaaS company.
• Background in email and/or digital marketing.
• Technical understanding of the client’s data and martech strategies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
