Senior Certinia PSA Cloud Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary developer for PS Cloud initiatives, overseeing solution architecture, establishing technical standards, and collaborating with business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable solutions.

• Create and implement intricate, customized solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and flows to enhance Certinia PSA functionality and develop advanced automation.

• Have extensive, hands-on experience in the implementation and configuration of essential Certinia PSA modules, such as projects, milestones, resource requests, assignments, and timecards.

• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the PSA data model, object relationships, and end-to-end service processes to design and execute effective solutions.

• Drawing from experience in rapidly growing SaaS environments, consistently identify opportunities for process streamlining, enhancement of data quality, and improved reporting and analytics.

• Remain updated on Certinia platform updates and proactively suggest the integration of new features (e.g., Workspaces, Work Planner, Intelligent Staffing, Forecasting).

• Possess senior-level Salesforce development expertise, including Apex, LWC, Flows, scalable solution design, and integration patterns with external systems (e.g., CPQ, ERP, Billing, Data Warehouse).

• Employ strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical abilities to address technical challenges and sustain platform health.

• Collaborate closely with leaders in Professional Services, Customer Success, and RevOps to translate strategic business objectives into scalable technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 6 years of progressive experience on the Salesforce platform in Senior Consultant or Senior Developer positions.

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce), specifically focused on PS Cloud (PSA); experience in Customer Success is strongly preferred.

• PSA System Administration certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is required.

• Advanced custom Salesforce development skills (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce) along with solid Flow and declarative expertise.

• Lead the design and development of solutions across Salesforce and Certinia PS Cloud.

• Strong familiarity with PSA concepts (project financials, utilization, revenue, time & expense) in a SaaS or services environment.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Exceptional communication skills; capable of articulating technical designs and trade-offs to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience in Agile or iterative delivery environments is preferred.

• PSA implementation experience is preferred.
