This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Manage a portfolio of complex immigration cases (DNV, NLV, and renewals) from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Review and validate documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements in Spain.
• Provide tailored strategic advice to each client.
• Supervise and mentor junior profiles, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Lead onboarding calls and support the client throughout the entire process.
• Stay updated on immigration regulations in Spain.
• Ensure adherence to established deadlines and KPIs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration in Spain.
• Strong knowledge of visas such as DNV, NLV, and other residence permits.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Client-oriented with outstanding communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (oral and written).
• Preferred: Education in Law or related studies.
• Experience with international clients.
• Proficient in CRM and document management tools.
• 100% remote model, based in Spain.
