
Senior Business Travel Consultant – Core Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver exceptional, 7-star service to business travelers by efficiently managing travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Organize both European and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, and accommodations.
• Operate independently, using your initiative to address client inquiries and offer solutions without direct supervision.
• Engage with clients through live chat, phone, and email, ensuring that all communications are professional, friendly, and precise.
• Handle travel reservations and modifications for Click Travel customers, emphasizing outstanding customer service and booking accuracy.
• Actively nurture and enhance client relationships, providing support throughout the entire travel journey.
• Suggest and provide appropriate travel options to meet clients' needs.
• Ensure compliance with all service level agreements and effectively manage Galileo GDS queues.
• Mentor and assist junior team members, addressing their queries and quality-checking their work when necessary.
• Support the Team Leader and work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold a high standard of service.
• Must be proficient in air fares and ticketing.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the Galileo or Sabre GDS systems, including the ability to autonomously reissue tickets (both manual & automated).
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, both written and spoken, being essential.
• Have prior experience as a Business Travel Consultant.
• Be well-organized and capable of meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional telephone demeanor, confidently interacting with clients and suppliers.
• Be proactive in addressing customer inquiries and complaints, utilizing initiative to resolve issues.
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to undertake various tasks as required, supporting the team and contributing to overall success.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
