This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of the design, configuration, and ongoing management of Oura's Procure-to-Pay platform (Zip), which includes approval workflows, intake routing rules, PO threshold policies, vendor onboarding processes, and department-specific approval matrices.
• Act as the main system owner and business relationship manager for the Procurement and Accounts Payable teams across both our US (INC) and Finland (OY) divisions.
• Lead and implement the complete optimization of the Zip platform, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, FP&A, Legal, and business stakeholders to outline requirements, configure the system, facilitate UAT, and oversee production deployments.
• Design and manage the integration between NetSuite and Zip, ensuring accurate two-way and three-way PO matching, bill routing, budget checks, and synchronization of vendor data.
• Establish and maintain AP approval matrices, bill coding policies, and non-PO invoice routing processes, ensuring adherence to audit and SOX ITGC controls for procurement and disbursements.
• Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A to create and implement essential financial policies such as PO thresholds, prepaid amortization materiality thresholds, and accrual policies that directly affect the accuracy of month-end close.
• Document and sustain business process flows, system configuration specifications, and control documentation in Confluence to support internal and external audit requests.
• Oversee the intake, prioritization, and delivery of ongoing enhancements to the Zip and AP systems, operating within the broader Financial Systems team delivery framework.
• Identify and promote opportunities for process automation throughout the Intake-to-Pay lifecycle, minimizing manual tasks, enhancing cycle times, and facilitating self-service where applicable.
• Work with international stakeholders (OY/Finland AP team) to ensure the system addresses multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and VAT compliance needs specific to European operations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Finance on vendor onboarding procedures, contract review routing, and vendor risk management workflows within the platform.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Procurement Systems Analyst, or P2P/AP Systems Consultant, with direct hands-on experience as a platform administrator or implementation lead for a procurement intake platform like Zip.
• Strong functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay, Intake-to-Pay, and Accounts Payable processes, including PO management, invoice matching, approval workflows, vendor onboarding, and accrual management.
• Practical experience with the NetSuite AP module, covering vendor bills, purchase orders, payment processing, and AP reporting.
• Experience in designing and maintaining NetSuite integrations with procurement or expense platforms using iPaaS (Workato or similar), API, or direct point-to-point connections.
• Familiarity with SOX ITGC controls for procurement and disbursements, including segregation of duties (SOD), approval authority frameworks, and audit evidence requirements.
• Experience with GAAP accounting policies related to procurement, including prepaid amortization, accruals, and AP closing processes.
• Background in working with multi-subsidiary, multinational organizations, including VAT considerations for European entities.
• Strong capability to translate business needs into scalable system configurations and documented process designs.
• Proficiency in documenting business processes and system designs using tools like Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of successful collaboration across Finance, Legal, and Operations teams in fast-paced environments.
