Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint acceptance.

• Collect, assess, and document business and system requirements, converting them into well-defined Jira user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize tasks, synchronize timelines, and enhance requirements.

• Track sprint progress, identify obstacles, and proactively seek resolutions.

• Establish and uphold Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud requirements, including configurations and workflows.

• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation processes.

• Oversee Change Requests and ensure compliance with Change Advisory Board (CAB) procedures.

• Develop and maintain documentation such as technical specifications and process maps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

• A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2-5 years of industry experience, or a PhD with 0-2 years of experience.

• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.

• Familiarity with system integrations, data mapping, or compliance-driven environments is advantageous.
