• Apply advanced mathematical, statistical, and computer science principles in algorithms.

• Ensure compliance with data quality, validation, and governance standards.

• Assess the effectiveness of models and algorithms based on real-world outcomes.

• Clearly communicate insights to both business and executive stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in business/data analytics or similar positions.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver analytics solutions in cross-functional settings.

• Experience collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Proficient in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.

• Experience leading analytics initiatives in Agile environments (Scrum, Jira, Confluence).

• Ability to articulate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Advanced SQL proficiency for data analysis and validation.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Experience with Databricks or contemporary data platforms.

• Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline concepts.

• Proficient with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, lineage, metadata, and auditability.

• Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis expertise.

• Experience in data validation, testing, and quality assurance.

• Ability to manage large, complex datasets effectively.
