📋 Description

• Act as an independent contributor and project manager, spearheading significant workstreams to ensure high-quality, timely, and budget-conscious execution.

• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of client requirements, industry best practices, and organizational dynamics to deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Facilitate crucial client discussions, providing clarity and strategic guidance in complex scenarios.

• Guide and mentor junior team members on effective communication techniques for client interactions.

• Oversee customer accounts independently, seeking strategic insights rather than mere instructions.

• Recognize and communicate opportunities for process enhancements, boosting team efficiency.

• Collaborate with clients to develop customized customer experience (CX) solutions, offering proactive recommendations drawn from previous experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in CX consulting, data analysis, or a related discipline.

• Proven track record of independently leading complex projects while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with the proficiency to interpret data and formulate strategic recommendations.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong background in presenting to senior stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of CX methodologies, experience management (XM) technologies, and industry best practices.

• Familiarity with CX tools such as Qualtrics or equivalent experience with similar platforms.

• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and cultivate junior team members.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

• A proactive approach, focused on continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for growth.
