Senior Business Analysis Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Spearhead hands-on process mapping, analysis, and redesign using tools like Mural and Microsoft Visio.

• Evaluate current-state workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies.

• Create and document future-state processes that align with business objectives.

• Implement Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather business and process requirements.

• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data to derive insights.

• Define, monitor, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or business process analysis within a data-driven setting.

• Demonstrated experience in process mapping, process design, and process enhancement.

• Strong comprehension of how data influences business decisions.

• Experience in the Insurance, InsurTech, or digital insurance sectors.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Mural and Microsoft Visio.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Practical experience with Power BI, SQL, and associated data tools.
