Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and scale brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

• Create content for Instagram and TikTok, including static images, carousels, Stories, and banners in a unified brand style.

• Edit videos, add subtitles, and perform basic animations for Reels and TikTok formats.

• Utilize AI tools for generating and refining visual content.

• Collaborate with the Lead of Brand to define the brand's appearance in each new format or direction.

• Monitor adherence to brand assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of commercial experience in brand/graphic design, with a relevant portfolio showcasing both video and static content in a consistent brand style.

• Experience with branding: development, enhancement, and scaling of brand guidelines.

• Proficient knowledge of Figma and the Adobe suite (at least Illustrator and Photoshop).

• Experience in creating social media content creatives: static images, carousels, Stories, and banners for Instagram and TikTok.

• Strong typography skills and an understanding of composition—capable of building a brand's visual language rather than merely formatting content.

• Familiarity with AI tools: Midjourney, Freepik AI, Krea, or similar alternatives.

• Inspired by fashion/lifestyle: understanding trends, aesthetics, and how strong brands present themselves on social media.

• Motion/basic animation skills (After Effects or Premiere) for Reels and TikTok (a plus).

• Experience in developing a brand from scratch: logo, palette, guidelines (a plus).

• Understanding of UX/UI principles—to ensure designs not only look good but also convert (a plus).

• Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle branding (a plus).

• Ability to set tasks for contractors and supervise the quality of outsourced materials (a plus).
