Senior Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Serve as the guardian of the Bitrise brand and oversee the design guidelines.

• Drive the ongoing development of the Bitrise visual identity.

• Establish and document design standards, components, and templates.

• Oversee design for paid advertisements, landing pages, website visuals, social media, email, and campaign materials.

• Collaborate with the Content & Comms team to visually bring stories and campaigns to life.

• Act as the main point of contact for our external design agency.

• Provide support to internal stakeholders with branded materials as needed.

• Continuously enhance design processes within the marketing team.

• Set and maintain high standards for all design deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in brand and marketing design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems thinking.

• Proven experience managing a brand from inception to completion.

• Expertise in visual design for digital advertising, web, social media, events, and sales materials.

• Experience collaborating with external agencies and freelancers.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and contemporary web design processes.

• Knowledge of Content Design and UX best practices.

• Excellent communication skills.
