Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold the brand identity within Revalize’s portfolio, guaranteeing consistency, scalability, and an engaging visual narrative across all marketing channels.

• Create assets for campaigns, social media, websites, and events, including digital promotions, content marketing materials, and event branding.

• Manage production workflows and scalable design systems by collaborating with agency partners, maintaining quality standards, and overseeing templates, style guides, and brand toolkits to facilitate self-service for marketing teams.

• Assist in video content by providing creative direction, visual storytelling, and light motion graphics in partnership with internal teams or agency collaborators.

• Play a role in designing webpages and campaign microsites, offering creative insights aligned with brand standards to foster engagement and conversion.

• Work collaboratively with Brand, Product Marketing, Events, and Demand Generation teams to translate complex product ideas into clear, compelling visuals and deliver impactful creative across various channels.

• Intentionally utilize AI and automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency — identifying repeatable use cases, improving output quality, and continually driving business results as tools advance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally within B2B technology or SaaS environments.

• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a robust portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, execution excellence, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience overseeing end-to-end design workflows and producing high-quality, brand-consistent assets for multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events).

• Strong grasp of design systems, templates, and scalable asset libraries, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
