• Occasional travel may be necessary for client meetings, significant project milestones, onsite collaboration sessions, or other essential business activities.
• A Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, an Associate's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience in BIM/digital delivery, including 2 years of direct experience in leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work, or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Over 8 years of experience in BIM environments, including the establishment and enforcement of standards and management of multidisciplinary teams, preferably in the U.S. market or on U.S. projects; experience in data centers or mission-critical environments is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in coordinating, supervising, and performing QA on work produced by offshore/enterprise-capabilities teams, with a demonstrated ability to hold remote teams accountable to established standards and schedules.
• Strong practical skills in Revit, with the capability to intervene and produce or correct model content across disciplines.
• Extensive experience with Forma, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D; familiarity with SharePoint, ProjectWise, and project planning tools is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of industry standards, including NBIMs, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum, and ISO 19650.
• Experience with BEP authoring, QA/QC frameworks, and model lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and training skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous, possessing exceptional time management skills and the ability to enforce accountability across distributed teams.
