Data Scientist – Europe, Asia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Employ cutting-edge algorithms and data mining methodologies to create customized recommendation systems, enhancing product and service suggestions to improve user experience and increase business conversion rates.

• Design and implement ML/AI systems across various domains — such as search ranking, recommendation, and content intelligence — that have a direct influence on user growth and business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience utilizing statistical and ML models to address real-world business challenges, demonstrating a measurable impact on revenue or key business metrics.

• Advanced proficiency in Python and familiarity with the quantitative analysis ecosystem within Python.

• Solid grounding in probability theory, statistics, machine learning, and linear algebra.

• Over 2 years of experience in roles such as data scientist, quantitative researcher, quantitative analyst, or similar positions.

• Proficient in SQL and experienced with relational database systems.

• Skilled in using AI tools and agents as part of everyday development processes; this position frequently utilizes AI-assisted development to expedite delivery.

• A degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Technology, or Engineering.

• Experience in project and stakeholder management is a plus.
