Senior Billing Process Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the design and governance of billing processes within the Oracle system.

• Develop and implement a roadmap to enhance the efficiency of the client invoicing process.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute improvements in the Billing system processes.

• Work in partnership with senior personnel on complex issues.

• Engage with global business process owners to establish business requirements.

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and monitor internal controls.

• Manage the project invoice portfolio, including the creation and processing of client invoices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience, Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or a PhD with no experience, or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.

• Extensive knowledge of modules within the core Oracle ERP, specifically Project Billing, and associated reporting tools.

• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP Project Billing, financial system literacy, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis/visualization tools.

• Skilled in data manipulation and analytics.

• A strategic thinker capable of developing a strategy and pathway to success.

• Independently adept at navigating business environments.

• Capability to present financial concepts and results confidently and professionally to business leaders.

• Familiarity with US Government contractors and the Federal Acquisition Regulations is an advantage.
