This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with Functional Leads, Business Analysts, Solution Designers, and Developers to establish the scope of testing.
• Review technical documentation to pinpoint test scenarios and create both positive and negative test cases.
• Develop and sustain a test suite that reflects newly implemented features or adjustments in existing functionalities, ensuring clear expected outcomes and test data.
• Prioritize and carry out test execution according to assigned priorities.
• Provide updates on testing progress to QA Leads and highlight any risks that may impact deadlines or quality.
• Suggest solutions and enhancements to improve efficiency and minimize costs.
• At least 5 years of experience in QA, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior position.
• Ability to grasp client needs and requirements from a quality assurance and testing viewpoint, ensuring that solutions meet external customer expectations.
• Proficient in both French and English.
• Background in interface testing.
• Familiarity or experience in pension plan administration.
• Willingness to travel to clients across Canada and the United States.
