This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Respond to incoming communications from customers through calls, emails, and various messaging platforms.
• Perform research to offer solutions to customers and resolve their concerns.
• Leverage system tools and resources to obtain the most accurate contact information for customers, and ensure the systems are updated accordingly.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance site visits to maximize efficiency, reducing travel time and minimizing the need for multiple visits to the same location.
• Liaise with customers and Field Engineers via phone and email to schedule and adjust appointments as necessary.
• Guide and mentor junior team members while providing training on best practices.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center role supporting a healthcare account.
• Knowledge of healthcare programs and applications.
• At least 1 year of post-secondary education or 2 years of equivalent work experience.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Ability to recognize, apply, and articulate product or service knowledge.
• Proficient in computer usage.
