This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and execute intricate technical solutions that align with our strategic goals, shaping guidelines and standards throughout the broader engineering community.
• Take ownership of significant technical features from conception to execution, making informed trade-offs between advancement and excellence.
• Offer technical guidance to your team, proactively addressing technical debt and simplifying our services and processes.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our multi-service business model, facilitating discussions on how your team’s efforts contribute to the overall company strategy.
• Impart our culture to others and mentor engineers through collaborative coding sessions and code reviews, promoting an environment where all perspectives are valued.
• Spearhead complex projects and explorations into uncharted territories, thriving under pressure to propel the team forward.
• Experience with Go is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in GraphQL API design and implementation.
• Knowledge of cloud-native workflows, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or ArgoCD.
• Demonstrable experience in test automation and producing high-quality production code.
• Experience working within self-sufficient, product-centered teams.
