Senior Backend Engineer, SaaS Platform

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development of our customer-centric SaaS product.

• Design, construct, and enhance backend services that drive core functionalities across the Censys Platform.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Frontend Engineers to implement features that address genuine customer needs.

• Integrate with both internal and external APIs to facilitate rich, data-driven user experiences.

• Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle by automating build, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.

• Participate in an iterative development approach that prioritizes continuous improvement and swift feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in developing distributed web applications and APIs.

• Proven expertise in building backend microservices using Golang.

• Familiarity with REST/gRPC and service-oriented architectures.

• Knowledge of Docker and a keen interest in enhancing our CI/CD deployment process.

• Aiming to improve test coverage and enhance code maintainability.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
