Senior Backend Engineer – Application Core Services, Stacks

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and manage reconciliation systems for Grafana Cloud stacks.

• Collaborate with teams across SSS, grafana.com, and deployment configurations.

• Enhance operational efficiency by reducing deployment complexities.

• Oversee the rollout processes for plugins, dashboards, and data sources.

• Assist with the launch of new regions and operational pathways.

• Optimize incident response and recovery strategies.

• Work in partnership with Product, Hosted Grafana, Infrastructure, and Support teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working fully remotely.

• Background in a large SaaS platform addressing distributed systems challenges.

• Professional proficiency in Golang.

• Strong experience with Kubernetes in AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.

• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet, etc.).

• Experience in participating in blameless incident response practices.

• Ability to write clean, reliable, and thoroughly tested software.
