Senior Backend Developer, GoLang – Cybersecurity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Designing and developing scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code.

• Converting software requirements into stable, functioning, high-performance software.

• Contributing significantly to architectural and design choices, aiming for an efficient microservices distributed architecture.

• Producing design documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development utilizing the Go programming language.

• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).

• Experience with Artifactory, Kubernetes, and the Ansible orchestration engine.

• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana.

• Strong skills in writing unit tests, integration tests, and debugging Go applications.

• Understanding of database architecture and design.

• Capability to interpret written requirements, technical specifications, and to create design documents.

• Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience with noSQL databases (e.g., Redis, ClickHouse) is a plus.

• Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban methodologies, Git, and JIRA is desirable.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins) would be advantageous.

• Practical experience using AI agents and assistants for software design, code generation, and refactoring would be beneficial.

• Hands-on experience with Rust is a bonus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills would be advantageous.
