Senior AWS Developer, Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a Solution Architect to implement effective contact center solutions.

• Offer technical advisory assistance during business process assessments, aiding in the identification of customer needs and workflows.

• Supply technical information and solutions for functional User Stories.

• Set up Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.

• Engage in hands-on development of a Solution Design, utilizing best practices and programming principles.

• Supervise a development team by distributing tasks and conducting code reviews.

• Provide technical end-user training and create documentation.

• Utilize independent judgment and assume the lead technical role on enterprise-level projects with minimal guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in hands-on programming (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).

• Experience in building integrations across various systems and REST APIs.

• Familiarity with JSON format and associated services.

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.

• Knowledge of CloudFormation and Lambda Integrations.

• Background in implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code.
