Senior AWS Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a Solution Architect to implement effective contact center solutions.

• Offer technical advisory assistance during business process evaluations, aiding in the identification of customer needs and workflows.

• Supply technical insights and solutions for functional User Stories.

• Set up Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.

• Engage in hands-on development of a Solution Design, applying best practices and programming methodologies.

• Lead a development team by allocating tasks and conducting code reviews.

• Provide technical training and documentation for end users.

• Utilize independent judgment, taking the lead technical role on enterprise-level projects with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in hands-on programming (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).

• Experience in building integrations across multiple systems, including REST APIs.

• Familiarity with JSON format and associated services.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and debugging.

• Experience with CloudFormation and Lambda Integrations.

• Background in implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code.

• 15 years of full-time education.
