Senior AWS Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a Solution Architect to implement effective contact center solutions.

• Offer technical advisory support during business process evaluations, assisting in the identification of customer requirements and workflows.

• Provide technical insights and solutions for functional User Stories.

• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.

• Engage in hands-on development of a Solution Design, utilizing best practices and programming principles.

• Lead a development team in task distribution and conducting code reviews.

• Deliver technical training and documentation for end users.

• Exercise independent judgment and assume the lead technical role on enterprise-level projects with minimal guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in hands-on programming (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).

• Experience in building integrations across various systems, including REST APIs.

• Familiarity with JSON format and related services.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and debugging.

• Experience with CloudFormation and Lambda Integrations.

• Background in implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code.
