Senior AWS Data Engineer / Lead Data Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and execute comprehensive Data Lakehouse solutions on AWS.

• Spearhead the automation of cloud infrastructure utilizing Terraform.

• Coordinate extensive performance tuning projects.

• Implement automated Data Quality gates with AWS Glue Data Quality.

• Create intricate, event-driven workflows through Step Functions and Airflow.

• Act as the main technical point of contact between Data Science, BI teams, and Business Stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Data Engineering/Architecture, including more than 5 years focused on AWS.

• Proficient in Python, PySpark, and advanced SQL window functions.

• Extensive knowledge of Amazon Redshift and Snowflake.

• Expertise in dbt for modular modeling and AWS Glue.

• High-level proficiency in Terraform, GitHub Actions, and containerized environments.

• Experience in defining clinical/business KPIs and handling multi-location data architectures.

• Familiarity with HIPAA standards is advantageous.
