Senior AV Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and assist in the commissioning of audiovisual and media technology systems.

• Collaborate closely with the AV team and clients to assess needs and create detailed audiovisual system designs.

• Innovate by devising creative, practical, technically sound, and financially viable solutions to address client challenges.

• Generate AV system design documentation, including line diagrams, specifications, cost estimates, and additional supporting materials.

• Conduct field engineering activities such as site surveys, comprehensive system commissioning, sound system tuning, device configuration, and troubleshooting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience as an AV consultant or design engineer.

• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Proficient in AV systems design, encompassing audio, video, control, and AV networking systems.

• Knowledgeable in AV over IP platforms and video display technologies.

• Required experience with audio DSP systems and contemporary AV control systems.

• Skilled in creating and modifying models and drawings/diagrams using AutoCAD and Revit.

• Experience in Revit is preferred.
