Senior Automation Test Engineer, Java, Selenium, SQL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain comprehensive automation frameworks.

• Establish automation standards, best practices, and coverage objectives.

• Embed automated testing within CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

• Assess tools and technologies to enhance automation efficiency.

• Perform code reviews for automation scripts.

• Spearhead root cause analysis for intricate defects.

• Guide and assist mid-level and junior QA engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of QA experience with a strong focus on automation.

• Advanced proficiency with contemporary automation frameworks and tools.

• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.

• Extensive experience in API, integration, and regression testing.

• Profound understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Experience collaborating across functions with engineering and product leadership.

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in performance or load testing (JMeter, Gatling).

• Cloud-native testing experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Previous experience leading automation initiatives.
