This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee moderate to complex auto insurance claims throughout the entire claims process.
• Deliver claims services through various communication channels to policyholders and third-party clients.
• Investigate, assess, negotiate, document, and finalize claim decisions.
• Adjust auto claims that range from moderate to highly complex.
• Create and review estimates, supplements, photographs, and supporting documents for precision and compliance.
• Utilize Property & Casualty insurance products, services, policy contracts, coverages, and claims-handling processes.
• Seek assistance to resolve issues and identify matters requiring escalation.
• Collaborate with or direct vendors and internal business partners to facilitate claims resolution.
• Contribute to achieving business objectives and performance metrics while effectively utilizing tools and technology.
• Assist with workload surges and catastrophe operations as necessary.
• Moderate understanding of automobile parts, terminology, repair techniques, and vehicle construction.
• Experience in handling Property and Casualty claims is preferred.
• Proficiency in the CCC estimating system.
• Strong skills in negotiation, analysis, and decision-making.
• Computer literacy in a Windows operating environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to implement and adapt to rapid changes.
• Capability to navigate and work across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to assess AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
• Experience in integrating AI into workflows to enhance efficiency or insights.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted research, summarization, and content generation.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of auto claims experience writing estimates and total loss evaluations is required.
• At least 3 years of experience using CCC Portal/estimating software is required.
• Over 3 years of customer contact experience is preferred.
• Insurance Adjuster License is strongly preferred.
• I-Car Platinum Designation is preferred.
