Senior Associate – Patient Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare, technical, and project management consultants to ensure the effective integration, data migration, and performance of Epic systems.

• Utilize technical proficiency in Epic modules to provide support aimed at optimizing system functionality.

• Offer insights and recommendations on Epic applications, contributing ideas and engaging in discussions related to operational and technological enhancements.

• Lead and support initiatives focused on Epic Patient Access.

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, workflow diagrams, and build specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in Epic Patient Access within a healthcare or consulting context.

• Proven experience in supporting Epic implementations, optimizations, upgrades, or support activities.

• Strong comprehension of patient access workflows.

• Experience in conducting workflow assessments and translating business needs into Epic solutions.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Willingness to travel as required by client and project needs.
