Senior Associate, Information Assurance Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Organizing and facilitating client meetings, conducting walk-through reviews of client control procedures and processes; delivering and presenting client deliverables.

• Designing and overseeing the performance testing of clients’ security, privacy, and other information risk management controls.

• Managing the execution of internal control testing for clients and reviewing internal control tests performed by other team members.

• Assisting clients in identifying and resolving problems.

• Conducting assessments and testing in accordance with leading information security and privacy standards and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, Trust Services Criteria, PCI DSS, NIST CSF, GDPR, HITRUST, and others.

• Leading and aiding in the preparation of client reporting deliverables, including gap and risk assessments, SOC reporting, GDPR evaluations, ISO 27001 certifications, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to work Mid-shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 MN PHT).

• Work arrangement: Remote.

• One or more industry-relevant certifications or a commitment to obtain relevant certification(s) within two years of employment. Certifications may include: CISA, CRISC, CIPP, CISSP, CISM, QSA, ISO/IEC 27001, or PCI ISA.

• Bachelor's Degree (required): preferably in MIS/IS or a related field – minimum 3.3 GPA.

• Master's Degree (preferred): preferably in MIS, IS, or Accounting Information Systems.

• Relevant work experience (2-4 years).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to produce high-quality written reports and audit documentation.

• Flexible, self-motivated individual capable of interacting with various levels of client and firm management.

• Understanding of information technology risks and internal controls.

• Ability to develop test procedures and execute control tests.

• Familiarity with Service Organization Control, PCI, ISO, HITRUST, and/or similar information technology control frameworks.

• Capability to manage personal schedules and lead multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines.
