This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist in the design and execution of lifecycle events and strategic projects led by HR Business Partners.
• Convert business goals into practical talent strategies.
• Evaluate workforce data for insights.
• Offer support to HRBP Managers in the Healthcare Consulting sector.
• Aid in essential HRBP processes and initiatives to enhance employee integration and retention.
• Oversee reporting requests; generate reports and analyze/synthesize data insights.
• Counsel and assist individuals with employee lifecycle events, including onboarding for new hires, off-boarding processes, transfers, compensation adjustments, and various ad hoc inquiries.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; HR Certification is advantageous (SHRM-CP or equivalent).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within professional services, consulting, and/or healthcare.
• Experience as an HR Generalist and/or demonstrated capabilities in performance management, employee relations, reporting and analytics, HRIS system administration, and general HR support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience with Workday administration is preferred.
