📋 Description

• Assist in medical record audits to evaluate coding precision and ensure compliant claims submissions.

• Support the development of coding and documentation audit methodologies.

• Analyze audit results to uncover trends and issues in coding practices.

• Keep abreast of relevant resources, publications, and ongoing government compliance activities.

• Proactively seek and achieve coding certifications (e.g., CPC).

• Create analyses utilizing transactional or financial data.

• Produce client deliverables and contribute to professional reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (e.g., BS, BA).

• 0 to 2 years of professional experience with a proven interest in the healthcare sector.

• Preference will be given to candidates with medical auditing certification.

• Capability to research national coding and documentation standards.

• Understanding of the healthcare industry and payment systems; experience in report development.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).
