This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide exceptional work across various client projects, taking ownership of critical workstreams and deliverables from inception to execution.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and client projects while ensuring meticulous attention to detail and excellence in delivery.
• Create structured methodologies, frameworks, analyses, and strategic recommendations to address intricate business challenges.
• Perform research and consolidate qualitative and quantitative insights into recommendations suitable for executive presentation.
• Establish trusted relationships with clients, project teams, and leadership within the firm at all levels.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to improve work quality, efficiency, and innovation.
• Assist in business development initiatives through proposal crafting, thought leadership, and content generation.
• Participate in internal projects that enhance the firm's capabilities, collaboration, and culture.
• Approach work with an entrepreneurial spirit, welcoming ambiguity, taking ownership, and fostering continuous learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Strong business acumen coupled with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in creating executive-level presentations and deliverables.
• Experience in conducting research, analysis, reporting, and developing dashboards to uncover trends and business insights.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.
• Practical experience with AI tools and technologies like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic and evolving environments.
• Dedication to continuous learning, innovation, and teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
