This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver informed responses to fundamental client inquiries; escalate more intricate cases to the appropriate personnel as necessary.
• Utilize your skills to address client issues, update account records, and follow up with clients to ensure their inquiries or requests are resolved.
• Comply with client SLAs and consistently achieve production goals.
• Work collaboratively with team members, management, and clients to address client inquiries; provide cross-training for new team members in customer service protocols.
• Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of client inquiry processing by evaluating and suggesting modifications to procedures and workflows.
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in any sector.
• Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities to bring inquiries to successful resolutions.
• Excellent customer service skills, particularly in written and verbal communication, to professionally address inquiries.
• Ability to comprehend your role within a team and identify the appropriate stakeholders to consult for resolving client inquiries.
