Senior Asset Manager, Foreclosure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Integrate new foreclosure referrals into internal systems (Equator) for the processing of sales.

• Accurately list and advertise foreclosure properties on Hubzu as sales are arranged.

• Source and confirm property information (bed/bath count, lot size, property type, etc.) through public records and online resources.

• Collaborate with vendors to request marketing photographs; review and upload images to Hubzu.

• Engage with foreclosure attorneys, trustee offices, and internal stakeholders to obtain bidding instructions and sale clearances.

• Prepare and refresh bidding packages for upcoming foreclosure auctions.

• Coordinate with auctioneers to ensure that sales are executed according to the provided guidelines.

• Receive results from foreclosure sales and update internal systems with accurate status and outcome information.

• Maintain timely and precise system updates throughout the foreclosure process.

• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and client-mandated SLAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in foreclosure processing, auction support, real estate operations, or mortgage servicing.

• Basic knowledge of foreclosure and auction procedures.

• Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage repetitive tasks accurately.

• Ability to handle moderate to high workloads without errors.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills for time-sensitive coordination.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, basic reporting).

• Comfort in using multiple systems and learning new tools (Equator, Hubzu).
