
Senior Application Security Engineer – AI-First Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, manage, and verify offensive security tools and adversary-emulation capabilities.
• Work within an AI-First Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) leveraging AI agents to develop offensive tools, exploit proof-of-concept code, and automate attacks.
• Develop advanced toolchain components and sustain operational context for AI agents.
• Evaluate, test, and endorse AI-generated offensive tools and exploit code.
• Generate comprehensive engagement deliverables, including technical findings reports and recommendations for remediation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to convert threat scenarios into actionable workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering or offensive security, including roles in senior or lead positions.
• Proven daily usage of at least one modern AI-assisted development tool such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Windsurf.
• Strong foundational knowledge in at least one significant programming or scripting ecosystem (such as Python, Go, C/C++, Rust, or PowerShell).
• Experience in assessing or exploiting workloads on at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Practical experience in conducting offensive security tasks such as penetration testing, red-team engagements, or application, web, and API exploitation.
• Comprehensive understanding of Windows and Linux internals, networking principles, and enterprise identity systems like Active Directory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to articulate technical decisions and trade-offs.
