📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Lead Animator, internal teams, and clients to refine motion capture data to a high standard.

• Transform rough animations into final production-ready pieces while maintaining and enhancing the actor’s intent, timing, and performance.

• Offer feedback, guidance, and mentorship to junior clean-up artists.

• Ensure that all shots align with studio quality standards and meet production deadlines.

• Adhere strictly to established pipelines, naming conventions, and file management protocols.

• Uphold continuity of animation quality throughout all tasks and projects.

• Coordinate efforts with producers and supervisors to accomplish project objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as an animator within a studio production pipeline.

• Prior experience on large-scale productions or long-form projects.

• Background in supervising or leading clean-up teams.

• Strong comprehension of animation principles.

• Experience in animating humanoid characters and creatures.

• Extensive experience in cleaning motion capture data.

• Ability to creatively solve animation-related challenges.

• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a positive attitude.

• Capable of providing objective feedback and accepting direction effectively.

• Proficiency in English is essential - both spoken and written.

• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Maya and Motion Builder.

• Experience working on AAA game titles or high-end film productions.

• Working knowledge of various animation scripts, rigging, and motion capture systems.

• Comfortable using communication tools like Slack, JIRA, and Confluence.
