Senior Analytics Engineer, Data & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and execute Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence solutions designed to address business challenges.

• Convert the requirements of partner departments into analytical models, data products, and scalable solutions.

• Design analytical frameworks and data pipelines (ETL/ELT), ensuring quality, performance, and governance standards are met.

• Develop, train, deploy, and monitor predictive and prescriptive models, guaranteeing their ongoing enhancement.

• Create data- and AI-driven products such as recommendation systems, segmentation tools, forecasting methods, and intelligent automations.

• Implement MLOps and DataOps methodologies to ensure version control, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of models in production.

• Act as a technical advisor within teams, aiding in architectural choices and advocating for Analytics and AI best practices.

• Foster the growth of a data-centric culture by promoting the strategic use of data throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Expertise in Python and SQL for data analysis, manipulation, and processing tasks.

• In-depth knowledge of statistics, Machine Learning, and the development of analytical models.

• Proven experience in creating Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI solutions tailored to business needs.

• Background in constructing data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and handling large datasets.

• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and analytical data architectures.

• Experience with MLOps, DataOps, and the versioning, deployment, and monitoring of models in production settings.

• Understanding of systems integration and API development for model deployment.
