Senior Analyst, Supplier Quality – Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and oversee adherence to quality standards, primarily focusing on compliance with First Article Inspections (AS9102), Process Control Methods (AS13006), and Quality Management Systems (AS9100) by analyzing supplier quality documentation and manufacturing process data.

• Record and report findings in accordance with Quality Standards and specifications.

• Interpret and analyze technical drawings.

• Review and endorse FAIR packages, Gage Suitability packages, and Process Control (PPAP) packages.

• Conduct basic statistical analysis using Minitab to assess and validate Process Control data related to Key Characteristics (KCs).

• Examine Process Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis, PFMEAs, and Process flow maps.

• Execute and/or assist with QMS audits.

• Offer training and mentorship to junior professionals.

• Revise Standard work documentation.

• Lead improvement projects and initiatives with minimal supervision.

• Participate in group meetings, teleconferences, and required training sessions.

• Engage in communication with individuals both within and outside of the team.

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts utilizing CORE tools and support AS9100 initiatives.

• Attain CORE certifications.

• Assist in project management activities.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality.

• Proficient in the MS Office suite.

• ASQ Certified Green Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or ASQ Certified Black Belt preferred.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting specific deadlines.

• Familiarity with AS9102.

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is essential for communication with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who speak only English.
