This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the daily operations of JSI initiatives, aiding partners in deploying the platform under their own branding.
• Facilitate partner onboarding, branding setups, and account configurations in collaboration with internal technical teams.
• Manage partner records, onboarding trackers, and status reports; deliver regular updates to leadership.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of onboarding guides, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support sales and marketing efforts with demonstrations, pitch materials, and proposals for potential white-label partners.
• Aid in the preparation, review, and submission of FCC, state commission, and USF regulatory filings on behalf of clients.
• Maintain filing calendars and deadline trackers for various clients and jurisdictions.
• Conduct research on regulatory requirements and identify upcoming changes or compliance risks, escalating issues to senior staff as necessary.
• Ensure JSI Platform regulatory content remains accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate efforts across Regulatory Affairs, Product, Sales, Engineering, and Managed Services teams.
• Engage in team meetings and project updates.
• Monitor tasks and communicate progress using Smartsheet, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of pertinent experience.
• Outstanding attention to detail along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Comfortable working with diverse teams and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong growth mindset, entrepreneurial attitude, and dedication to continuous learning.
• Preferred: experience with FCC filings, USF programs, or state commission compliance.
• Preferred: knowledge of the telecommunications or broadband industry.
• Awareness of BEAD, RDOF, E-Rate, or ReConnect is advantageous.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, project management tools, or data reporting is beneficial.
