This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and maintain legal software systems such as DocuSign, Salesforce, SSO, LinkSquares, GEMS, Streamline, and SimpleLegal.
• Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting for software tools used by the legal team, addressing issues and escalating complex challenges as required.
• Track system performance, implement updates, and ensure data integrity across designated legal technology platforms.
• Create and manage user documentation, training resources, and standard operating procedures for legal software applications.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor support teams to execute system upgrades, patches, and the rollout of new features.
• Provide training to legal team members on software functionalities, best practices, and process enhancements.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and reports to facilitate legal operations and analyze system usage.
• Assist with acquisition integration by configuring legal systems for new entities and ensuring smooth data migration and consolidation of contract repositories.
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding procedures, including license distribution and access provisioning.
• Facilitate system integrations and API connections between legal platforms and other enterprise systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in information systems, business administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in system administration, technical support, or legal operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal software administration.
• Strong skills in user access management, system configuration, and problem-solving.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce administration or working within Salesforce environments.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including functions and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with PowerBI or similar business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Project management experience with system implementations, upgrades, or legal technology deployments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS platforms and enterprise system administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to business users.
• A self-motivated individual capable of managing system administration tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of legal workflows, matter management, and contract lifecycle processes is preferred.
